Vegetarian Nachos

YUMMY VEGETARIAN NACHOS RECIPE

corn chips
morning star farm sausage patties
salsa
pico de gallo / tomato, cilantro, sweet onion, salt, lime, red wine vinegar
cheese
sour cream
guacamole

directions:
1. make pico de gallo / chop tomatoes, onions and cilantro, add a dash of salt, squeeze of a lime, and a little red wine vinegar
2. line bottom of a glass pie dish / baking dish with corn chips and broil for 3-4 minutes or until slightly toasted
3. break up microwaved sausage patties and spread on corn chips
4. add salsa and homemade pico
5. add a layer of cheese
6. bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees
7. serve with side of sour cream and guacamole

You can't tell it's not meat!
